Can I ride an A-Spadz E-bike with a passenger?
Cavet is not designed to accommodate more than 1 rider at a time and it’s not something we can recommend. Air model can accommodate 1 Passenger along with the Rider.

Should i completely drain the battery before charging?
No. On many batteries this is preferred, however our batteries are all high-tech batteries and have built-in mechanisms that protect the battery from overcharging.

How can i clean my A-Spadz bike?
Clean your A-Spadz bike just the way you would clean a regular bike. The battery can handle water, but it is recommended to remove the battery before hosing down your A-Spadz bike.

How long does it take to recharge the battery?
Charging the battery from empty to full typically takes 6-9 hours.

Modifications of A-Spadz E-bikes
While our riders are free to modify their e-bike and make it their own, certain modifications could be dangerous and could void the warranty.
Non-bicycle components such as tires and after-market motors, put much more stress on the mechanical and electrical components than they were designed for.
Please keep in mind that any modifications to the electrical system of our e-bikes, such as after-market batteries, motors, throttles, controllers, and headlights will void the warranty as they can affect the performance and the behavior of the bike.

How can I assembly my bike?
The bike is 90% assembled, please follow the assembly instructions included with the bike. You can also find all instructions and videos on our website.
However, we generally recommend having your e-bike assembled at a nearby A-spadz authorized dealer or a professional bike shop.
